Minimum Order Requirement

All items are sold in pre-packed bundles.

• Each style is sold in packs of 6 pieces (2S, 2M, 2L)
  

Payment

• All orders must be paid in full before shipment
• We accept major payment methods through our website
• Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed

Shipping

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
• Shipping rates are calculated at invoiced separately
• Once shipped, tracking information will be provided

MadGal is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Returns & Exchanges

All wholesale orders are final sale.

We only accept claims for:

• Damaged items
• Incorrect items received

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for review.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders if inventory changes.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
